The soda company Coca-Cola presents to the world a new set of non-fungible tokens.
The launch of the Coinbase Layer 2 platform creates an opportunity for NFT release by Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola announced the availability of NFTs shortly after Coinbase released its layer 2 platform last week.
The NFTs collection comprises artworks made by upcoming artists who specialize in digital arts and on-chain art. They include Girl with a Pearl Earring and The Scream. The artists behind the creation of these masterpieces are Edvard Munch and Johannes Vermeer. The Onchain Summer Event has given a chance for the artists to showcase their new creations and sell them as well.

The Coinbase Layer 2 Platform Launch
Coinbase recently released the Baise Mannet on 9th August last week. The Base is designed to stay on top of the OP stack software. This enables it to perform transactions without the need for the Ethereum blockchain to provide assistance. Coinbase has also experienced a few hitches with the CEO declaring it broken for UX. Upgrades are currently underway to improve the network and will take place for the next two weeks.
