Ripple Teams Up With Elon Musk’s SpaceX Partner On The XRP Project

XRP Price Soars 5% As SEC Drops Charges: What Lies Ahead For Ripple's Digital Asset?"

Ripple, the payments company powering the cryptocurrency XRP, collaborated with Jared Isaacman, Elon Musk’s SpaceX partner.

In a surprise turn of events, Ripple, the payments company behind the crypto coin XRP, has teamed up with Jared Isaacman, Elon Musk’s SpaceX partner. The billionaire founder of the payments processing firm Shift 4 flew to the Earth orbit on SpaceX’s Crew Dragon capsule in 2021. In a recent development, Ripple formally disclosed that it was working on a donations project with Isaacman.

Donations From XRP And A SpaceX Partner

In the XRP and cryptocurrency donations effort for the Maui Emergency Response Fund, Ripple officially announced its partnership with Isaacman. Accordingly, XRP has been introduced as a cryptocurrency donation option for charities on The Giving Block, a provider of a cryptocurrency donation solution. The company stated,

“Ripple will be joining Shift4 CEO Jared Isaacman and the next $50K USD in any crypto donations made to the Maui Relief Fund will be matched 200%.”

Donation Matching is used in this cooperation, which indicates that one party matches the donation of another. In this instance, Ripple had promised to match Isaacman’s donation of twice that amount in cryptocurrency, up to a total of $50,000.

What’s Next for Jared Isaacman and Ripple?

The partnership does not prove the SpaceX partner’s close connection to Ripple, but more may be discovered. Dogecoin-related tweets from Elon Musk are well-known, and during the 2021 bull run, they had a significant impact on the cryptocurrency market. SpaceX and Tesla had introduced the Dogecoin payment option to their websites for the sale of company merchandise.
